Job Description:
The head of this division will be responsible for oversight of the premier property real estate sales team as well as individual revenue generation. Individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of real estate Sales for the finest high value properties. If you have a proven history of success in real estate sales and leadership, this is an excellent opportunity for financial and personal achievement! Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed corporate goals. Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying the acquisition and disposition of properties for sale and positioning of high end residential assets. Build, develop and inspire premier sales team.
Qualifications: 5 years experience leading a sales team. 5 years of successful sales experience with sourcing and disposition of high end residential real estate. Proven track record of success in premier real estate sales. Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level. Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning.
