Job Description:
The head of this division will be responsible for development and maintenance of government client relationships. This relationship builder will structure agreements that assist government agencies in the timely and transparent exchange of real estate. If you have a proven history of success in real estate sales and leadership, this is an excellent opportunity for financial and personal achievement!
Responsibilities: - Prospecting, qualifying and sale of assets held by government agencies for sale
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Acting to close agreements and finalize contracts
- Development and rollout government sales business rules, practices and policies
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree required
- Must have experience working with government agencies and understand the RFP process
- 5 years of successful sales experience with the sourcing and sale of real estate
- Currently established relationships with the appropriate government agencies that oversee assets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
