Job Description:
This Sales Professional will be responsible for revenue generation in our REO sales division. Individual will develop and maintain relationships with clients that lead to the timely and transparent exchange of real estate. If you have a proven history of success in sales, this is an excellent opportunity for financial and personal achievement! Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, qualifying and positioning of REO property for sale
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
- Acting to close agreements and finalize contracts
Qualifications: - 5 years of successful REO sales experience and the sourcing and disposition of real estate
- 5 years auction experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
