The Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Sales will be responsible for oversight of the commercial real estate sales team as well as individual revenue generation. Individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of all commercial real estate, ranging from single property to large portfolio sales. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients that lead to the timely and transparent exchange of real estate. Qualifications:
• 5 years experience leading a sales team
• 5 years experience commercial real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
• Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning.
