Job Description:

Our Client is a major retail development and management firm seeking to add a senior level leasing professional due to an expanded need. This newly created position will assist in developing and implementing leasing plans, demographics, competitive analysis for the leasing of both existing and new retail projects. This position will be responsible to actively pursue new retail tenants for vacancies for assigned properties utilizing cold calling, canvassing, networking with cooperating brokers and other tenant sourcing approaches. This position offers an attractive compensation program with full benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a degree 5 or more years of retail leasing experience within south & southeast that includes small shop to anchor tenant leasing experience.  This position requires a documented record of success preferrably within grocer anchor centers and the demonstrated ability to work independently.  Professional and personal attributes required for success include reults oriented, self-motivated, action oriented, perservance, negotiating, and strong ethics.
