OVERVIEW

As Recruiting, Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our client's efforts to source and develop a strong pipeline of employees and future leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing their campus recruiting strategy and leading the execution of their campus recruiting initiatives for all functional areas. In addition, you will be responsible for corporate and functional training initiatives as well as ensuring ongoing development offerings for employees.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement in finding the best candidates through creative sourcing and emerging recruitment practices.
  • Lead campus recruiting teams and ensure excellent execution of our client's overall recruitment strategy and activities.
  • Partner with vendors and internal resources to design, develop, and deliver learning tools/processes that will enhance individual and organizational capability.
  • Develop systems/processes to measure and quantify the effectiveness and impact of recruiting and learning systems/ programs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through consultation with other departments and functions.
  • Develop a process/mechanism for best practice sharing and learning throughout the organization.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Report directly to the VP, Human Resources. This position works with all levels within the company and must manage a variety of relationships, including, functional experts, business leaders, HR peers, university faculty/staff and external vendors.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters degree preferred
  • 3 – 7 years experience in recruiting, ideally including campus recruiting
  • Experience in training design and development
  • Experience in facilitation
  • Strong computer skills, SAP system knowledge is a plus
  • Longer term global mobility is a plus
