Job Description:
Service Level Administrator Our client, an International Financial Services organization is looking for a Service Level Administrator with strong organizational experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
-
Strong Efficiency in MS Office Suite -
A decent technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business documents (Technical Writing) -
Time Management and the ability to prioritize and multi-task -
Experienced with design, writing and creation of technical documentation in hardware/software technical areas. -
Experience in the management of Department Meetings (scheduling, coordinating, liaising, documenting and providing follow-up) within an ITIL framework
Applicable Skills:
COMMUNICATIONS, MANAGEMENT, WRITING, ITIL, FINANCIAL SERVICES, MS OFFICE
