The right candidates will have exceptional customer service and relationship building, the ablity to read people, and are inherently committed to finding that right candidate. What we expect of you: To work as a valuable member of the delivery team providing qualified and properly screened candidates to the assigned roles in a timely fashion. Be able to source multiple skills sets including IT resources from Help Desk to Sr Directors in both permanent and contract capacities. Perform full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checking, salary negotiations and building/maintaining a network within the IT community and relationships with both clients and job candidates. To be creative in attracting qualified candidates for contract and permanent / full- time opportunities Assuring total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving problems arising with customers or contractors. Supporting the sales efforts of the sales staff through good public relations, responsiveness and service. What you will bring: You’re a self-starter with excellent time management skills, detail oriented, with demonstrated relationship management skills. Have a Secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field. Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Have strong problem solving and research skills able to easily access information through traditional and nontraditional methods such as social networking tools. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to deliver results in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. Minimum of 1 year in a similar recruitment role is required. Have exposure in negotiating salaries, contract rates and in direct search as well as open market recruitment.
