Job Description:
Our client is a leader in the real estate industry, with a global track record as owner, developer, manager and operator of assets in office, retail, industrial, multi-residential, and hotel properties around the world. Opportunity Overview: A newly created position, the Asset Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in representing the marketing group throughout the organization. He/she will have exposure across many divisions and levels of the organization, and accordingly, must be comfortable dealing with a wide-cross section of personalities including current and prospective tenants, Brokers, prospective investment partners, and corporate executives. Primary Responsibilities: - Add value to the marketing process, beyond execution
- Offer valuable strategic contributions to market insights, marketing strategy, and marketing planning
- Write ad copy that is worthy of award winning campaigns
- Anticipate customer needs; and have the ability to put themselves in the end-customer’s shoes, fully understanding the desired deliverable
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of multiple marketing projects to internal clients; delivering above-expectation, on-time and on-budget
Desired Qualifications: Relevant Degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business, English or Communications Candidates with a Professional project management certification strongly preferred 3-5 years of related marketing experience A demonstrated track record in ensuring consistent, perfect delivery of marketing projects for internal clients Proven track record in managing simultaneous projects from conception through to completion Whether coming from an agency or client-side, he/she will be able to meet multiple client demands and prioritize work through excellent time-management and strong project-management skills Strong negotiator; able to negotiate prices with suppliers, and ensure quality delivery every time Dynamic writing skills; demonstrated ability to engage the customer through copy that stands out and speaks directly Software savvy; basic knowledge of software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite Key Attributes for Success: Dynamic and passionate with a strong business acumen Superior communication skills; both written and orally, able to address senior executives Diligent; exhibiting a strong work ethic, able to accommodate a full and demanding schedule Initiative: Confidence and diplomacy to liaise directly with colleagues throughout the organization to get what’s needed to get the job done Able to respond positively to change; both on a micro scale in terms of conflicting project requests and priorities; as well a larger scale changes in the ever-shifting landscape of the industry
