Job Description:

Our client, an International Financial Services organization is looking for a very senior-level Director, Product Training & Support to join their Web Channels team.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:

  • University degree of equivalent
  • Experience with both eLearning and conventional instructional design concepts, principles, methodologies, evaluation tools and technology based delivery vehicles
  • Previous training design, development and delivery experience
  • Solid people and project management experience
  • Previous experience delivering training via e-training and in-person
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills coupled with a strong orientation towards customer service
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to communicate information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, high level of innovative and creative thinking
  • Extensive experience in the use of Internet and Web technologies and delivering training content for these channels
  • Proficiency in Windows and Windows applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal effectively with a broad range contacts, from technical staff to clients to senior management
  • Ability to multi-task and understand competing priorities following through to the completion of assigned projects


Nice-to-haves: Strong business knowledge of the Funds and Custodial Financial Services including back office systems and operations
