As the second in command for the entire company, the essence of this role is to assist the CEO in growing the business by managing functions, people and complex operational details, with a focus on improving the delivery of services to all customers across the enterprise. The Senior VP, Operations will effectively manage people with numerous direct reports throughout the organization and will determine what needs to be measured to enable senior management to more effectively monitor growth and progress. The Senior VP, Operations will develop and implement systems to track these measurements and take actions to ensure the company grows in accordance with projections, and delivers in accordance with its service promise and values.

Competencies
10+ work experience in progressively senior operations or management roles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with the kind of flexibility that allows for creativity; ability to multi-task at both high and low level at the same time
Experienced in balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the employees
Proven track record of taking initiative, managing to a budget and meeting deadlines
Proven ability to build a business, drive revenues
Proven ability to perform in team environment as well as manage and lead a team of direct reports (team of 20)
