Our client, a leader in the Insurance Industry is looking for a solid PC/LAN Support Analyst with solid 2nd level support experience to join them on an initial 3-6 month contract. 

The ideal candidate must have the following experience and attributes:

  • 2-3 years level 2 support experience from a MS Office 2007 / Exchange / Windows Server 2003 perspective

  • OUTSTANDING verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid professionalism and customer-focus

  • Minimum MCP and/or MCSE designation

Bilingualism (verbal and written French & English) is a nice-to-have skill.
