Network Administrator
Reports to: Director of IT
Location: Toronto
Responsibilities:
Manage servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.
Manage security solutions, including firewall and anti-virus.
Manage all network hardware and equipment, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and UPSs.
Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance
Knowledge and proficiency with Windows, MS Office
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service orientation
Requirements:
Active Directory; eDirectory, MS Exchange
Netware and Windows 2003 File Servers
Blackberry Enterprise Server and Blackberry devices
Cisco firewall and switches, site to site VPNs
