Our client's securities practice includes some of the most experienced practitioners in Canada who are regularly involved in all aspects of the practice of securities law, including: public companies, investment dealers, private companies and venture capital funds both in Canadian and cross-border transactions.   The firm is seeking a senior level securities lawyer with strong leadership and practice skills, excellent client relationships, a reputation as a skilled practitioner and a book of business that will follow.
