Job Description:

Our client is a small, dynamic group specializing in custom software design and development (often research) for high-profile clients. They are world-leaders in design and development of high-end decision-support applications and advanced user interface concepts.

They are looking for a software developer who can bring creativity and vision to projects and be able to execute independently or as part of a small team. The ability to learn rapidly and a willingness to explore are essential. This is a unique opportunity with huge upside for developing skills and contacts available almost nowhere else.

We are looking for a range of abilities. Excellence in any combination of those listed below is welcome.

• Java, C++, VB, MFC, MSDev Tools
• Experience building complex graphical user interface applications
• An interest in HCI concepts and development
• Experience with 2D and/or 3D graphics - Interactive displays a plus!
• Back end communications: SOA, WS-I Basic Profile, REST/SOAP, COM, JDBC, ADO, TCP/IP, Java Beans, and others
• Experience in design and presentation (information design/industrial design/architecture etc.)
• High-level of skill a must: Bachelors/Masters Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Must be able to meet Security Clearance Requirements
