Job Description:

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a direct hire Fund Controller serving their private equity investor clients.   This position is not expected to exceed 50 hours per week during busy season.

Responsibilities:

•  Engage responsibility over the record keeping.
• Portfolio monitoring.
• Financial Reporting for private investment partnerships.
• Supervisory responsibility over a team of Fund Accountants.

Requirements:

• Public Accounting experience or investment fund accounting experience necessary.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA     preferred.
• CPA Required.
