Our Dallas client, a growing law firm, is on the hunt for a litigation associate to join their team on a direct hire basis.
This position calls for a bright individual who is looking to commit to a great firm, where partnership potential exists for all associates.
Duties:
- Working with the partners and clients to ensure a smooth process
- Manage billable hours, whereby meeting goals can help associates earn up to an additional $20,000 annually. Expected goal billables are 2000 hours.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a litigation role.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and high desire for success is a must!
- Must have passed the Texas bar exam.
