Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Senior Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to company partners and external vendors with regard to the Home Affordable Modification Program and assisting servicers with the Servicer Registration Process for the HMP program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer lender/vendor telephone and email technical questions in a timely manner.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems
Propose enhancements, monitors, reports, etc. to improve Technical Operations.
Ability to conduct SQL queries to create ad hoc reports to resolve technical issues or to create management reports.
Develop strong relationship with business and development teams in an effort to remedy technical issues in a timely manner.
Recommend improvements to existing loss mitigation systems in an effort to improve the end user experience
Qualifications:
3 years experience with BEA Weblogic
3 years experience with UNIX and/or LINUX
3 years working knowledge with SQL and databases (Oracle and Sybase)
Should have at least 3 years experience with scripting languages
Technical support experience in mortgage banking desirable
Remedy ClearQuest and ClearCase preferred
