Our Irving, TX client is looking to hire a corporate paralegal to join their team on a direct hire basis.
About the job:
This corporate paralegal will support the in-house corporate counsel team. This position will be involved in a full desk of activities and reporting. Areas of focus include intellectual property, licensing, compliance, corporate governance, and contracts.
Requirements:
- A paralegal certificate is required.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must!
- Strong sense of confidentiality is required.
- At least 2-5 years of corporate experience is needed in this job.
