Job Description:
Our Northwest Houston, TX client is seeking an Office Manager. This client offers an excellent benefits package as well as a great working environment.
Job Responsibilities: - Manage office-related matters, including supplies, equipment etc. - Maintain relationships with office-related vendors and subcontractors. - Use purchase requisitions to produce purchase orders for product related materials - Develop new vendors as needed for new purchased items - Establish purchasing accounts with new vendors- Maintain timecards for hourly employees - Produce and maintain sales orders, shipping documents and invoices for all products. - Filing as needed. - Supervise receptionist - Other administrative duties as needed. Other requirements: - 5+ years experience as an Office Manager.- Proficient in Quick Books. - Proficient in MS Office. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. - Process and action oriented. - Self-starter, positive, and results-oriented.
