Our Sugarland, TX client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with packaged ice industry experience. Our client is looking for someone with inside sales experience within the packaged ice industry experience to join their team. - Business to Business sales with leads. - Team oriented - Family environment The ideal candidate must have a very positive attitude, great communication skills, and be highly motivated to succeed. Must have strong leadership skills, versatility, and be an active team player. They are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and a quick learner. Good phone etiquette is a must. They are searching for someone with the talent and drive to succeed. Essential Skills: - The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of inside phone sales experience, maintain a positive attitude, and be goal-driven. - 6 months experience as an inside sales representative in the packaged ice industry - Ability to follow-through on tasks, and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team member within company
- Quick learner
