Job Duties:

- Assists in the overall change management effort for the system conversion, including coordination, design, development, delivery, testing, monitoring and assessment of organizational readiness, internal and external communication, and training strategies and activities. - Serves as change agent to actively endorse and support changes at all levels of the organization, working with both employees and consultants. - Assists in the design, development and implementation of strategies to assure support and alignment throughout the System. - Assists in the evaluation and tracking of activities from training and user support services for continuous improvement efforts. - Schedule and manage resources through design, database setup, testing, training, data conversion and administration. - Plans transition activities from implementation to ongoing production environment. - Develops and manages detailed work plans and budgets for overall change management effort. - Performs other job-related duties as required.

Job Requirements:   - Requires a minimum of 3 years of direct systems implementation job-related experience. - NAV systems conversion and administration experience is desired. - At least 2 years of experience working with consulting teams. - Bachelors degree preferred in business administration, computer science, engineering, etc. - Strong communication and technical skills are a must.
