Job Description:

Our La Marque, TX client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer.  This client offers an excellent benefits package as well as a stable work environment.

Description:

-        Detailed design of Pressure Vessels, Fabricated & Machined assemblies and components using CAD software and other tools as needed.

-        Functional design as well as production of finished drawings ready for use in manufacturing.

-        Analysis of own and/or other’s designs using other software, manual calculations, and any other appropriate method.

Requirements:

-        Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

-        Extensive knowledge of Autodesk programs

-        Extensive knowledge of ASME Codes; Sec. VIII, Div.1 and II.

-        Experience with Compress Pressure Vessel Design software and hand calculations

-        Extensive Knowledge in common materials used in manufacturing.

-        Knowledge of Fabrication techniques and Processes.

-        5 years of Fabrication Shop Environment experience required.

-        Intermediate level: MS Word, Excel, and Project, AutoCAD 2007

-        Lean Manufacturing experience, a plus.
