Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• You will participate in monitoring systems for new threats and use best practices to ensure these threats are stopped quickly
• Provide weekly and monthly reports detailing new threats and attacks, how those attacks were stopped and what impact they had on the customer system
• Develop new tools for monitoring and analysis
• Work closely with our Tactical Accuracy and Professional Services teams to provide customers with a multi-pronged approach to accuracy

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years experience in the anti-spam/anti-abuse industy
• A working knowledge of Regular Expressions and the ability to develop and debug scripts in shell, Perl or Python
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Excellent knowledge of Linux, Solaris, Messaging and Networking
