Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• A Solutions Architect who can manage all post sales business development activities, including ensuring successful client implementations.
• Act as project manager for large deployments.
• Lead implementations on-site where needed.
• Manage (report and track) all partners' customer support issues.
• Feedback partner's requirements into product management and engineering.
• Provide partners with updates on technical road-map.
• Ensure high satisfaction with solutions.
• Track development/integration projects.
• Act as technical account manager for key partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing large scale deployments – preferably in the security, anti-spam, messaging space.
• Experience in managing people – both direct reports and project teams.
• Extensive experience in presenting solutions to clients.
• Extensive experience in scoping large scale deployments.
• Previous consulting experience desirable – especially implementation experience in carriers and large enterprises.
• Project management experience (internal and external).
• Understanding of Anti-Spam market
