Job Description:
Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent. We are currently hiring a Site Acquisition Coordinator to work in the Boston area. All candidates MUST be local to this area. The Coordinator works closely with Project Managers and various Regional and Corporate staff. They support project tracking responsibilities and related project business activities for the regions, and has dotted-line accountability to the region’s Project Managers. They will also support activities for several projects simultaneously. Key reporting responsibilities: -
Market Trackers -
Project milestone status Trackers (for example, AT&T's weekly CASPR report) -
Customer Scorecards -
Project Financial Performance Tracking -
Vendor Purchase Order Status (including timely approval/posting within UA) -
Customer Purchase Order Status and Invoicing -
Purchase Orders for Sub-Contractors Business Support Activities: -
Vendor Order status and follow up -
Customer Invoicing Approval documentation, Job Completion Notices (JCNs) and submission to Corporate Order Management -
Material Inventory tracking and support -
Other duties assigned as necessary and appropriate The Project Coordinator may attend meetings and conference calls with the Customer or Corporate staff related to the above topics to support the efforts of Project and Regional Staff Management. Good computer, spreadsheet, and communications skills are necessary and required. Professionalism is expected at all times in dealing with the Customer, Corporate and Regional staff, and peers. *Preferred Experience in Site Acquisition coordination or real estate background.
