Job Description:

Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireless and wireline telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T Mobility, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent.  

We have a need for an A&E Coordinator to join our team immediately in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsible for the coordination of Architectural and Engineering services for new site builds or site modifications.  Insure all requirements are accurately and timely documented and managed through coordination of A and E walks with local utility engineers, site acquisition specialists, construction managers, surveyors and RF engineers.

Duties:

• Review of all drawings throughout design process.
• Order all drawings, structural analysis, and geo tech. Issue change orders if required. Provide current survey easement delineation.
• Visit sites to confirm A and E drawings are correct and best serve end user.
• Track all pertinent data in MS Excel spreadsheet
• Prepare progress reports for all sites and attend weekly meetings to update on information on a site by site basis
• Manage/Coordinate A&E production and A&E quality assurance/quality control

Requirements:

• 2 or more years experience with Coordination or management for A&E services in relation to wireless construction
• Experience meeting with A&E firms and construction procedures for wireless facilities.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong reporting and tracking of data in Excel
• AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project scheduling,  Acrobat Professional 
• Able to physically walk sites
