Job Description:

Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T Wireless, Andrew Corp., and Alcatel.  We are currently seeking Controls Manager  for work in Kirkland, Washington.

Project Controls Manager 

• Responsible for the financial operations for a division with revenues of approximately $10-$20m • Preparation of month-end financial statements for projects within the region, which include total forecast revenue, cost, margin and progress to date. • Establishing and maintaining internal controls including the adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley controls, operational reporting, providing monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses, coordinating the budget process, monthly forecasting, management of staff, and additional assignments as required. • Provide timely & accurate time-phased revenue and cost forecasting of roughly 100-500 projects, valued between $10-$20 million annually. • Monitor financial health of all projects, including % spend of budget, estimates of cost to complete projects, total forecasted revenue, and margin earned of work performed and forecasted. • Audit & monitor project level budgeting and forecasting, including the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) system for accurate milestone weights and progress reporting. This includes key performance metrics such as cost performance indicator (CPI), schedule performance indicator (SPI), cost & schedule variance (CV,SV), estimate to complete (ETC). • Identify potential problems or threats and offer solutions to schedule or cost efficiency • Responsible for contractor bid evaluations and adherence to contract • Staff may involve up to 10 direct reports involved in financial, schedule, and procurement operations. Requirements: • 3-10 years experience, Bachelors degree preferably in business or finance • Strong understanding of project controls and operations activities • Proactive and self motivated personality fluent in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel 2007
