Job Description:
Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for Cingular Wireless, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel. We are c urrently seeking an AP Specialist who is organized, a team player and can work in a fast paced environment.

AP Specialist:
40 hours a week
Monday thru Friday (8-5)

Currently seeking an AP clerk who is organized, a team player and can work in a fast paced environment.  This candidate is required to have knowledge of the accounts payable process and the general accounting procedures surrounding the AP process.

The ideal candidate must have:

• 2 plus years of Full cycle Accounts Payable

• Accurate data entry skills

• Ability to multi-task easily

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Experience working with Oracle a plus

Job Description:

• Process invoices by obtaining approval from managers and coding to appropriate project, GL account and department.

• Process daily check requests, verifying supporting documentation

• Reconcile monthly statements

• Upload invoices with multiple lines into the system using a Dataloader tool

• Match invoices to weekly checks

• File unpaid and paid invoices

• Assist in month end closing
