Job Description:

Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent.

We are currently hiring one Site Acquisition Specialist to work in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience:

• Previous site acquisition experience working with wireless carriers
• Experience working with local jurisdictions, knowledge of zoning regulations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Able to meet critical timelines and work well in a fast paced environment
• Should have good relations with tower operators
• Be familiar with applications processes and lease protocol
• Strong communication skills
• Coordinate reviews, deadlines
• Background in real estate
