Job Description:

Goodman Networks, a Nationwide Telecommunication Services Provider and an ISO 9000 and TL9000v Certified Company, has experienced double-digit growth each year for the last five-years. Our customers include the Carriers, RBOC’s and Major OEM’s in the Telecommunication Industry.  We are an exciting, profitable and rapidly growing company and currently have an immediate opening for a Staffing Sales Associate.

As a Staffing Sales Associate, you will sell our services to prospective clients, build existing client relationships, submit and place telecommunications and IT professionals.  The potential to support Staffing Sales for Goodman Networks will not be limited as you will be able to sell across the different business verticals (wireless, wireline, OSP and IT). In a sales capacity, you will market to clients by phone, conduct client meetings and participate in networking events. Our national staffing team will coordinate recruiting functions, you will aid in the interviewing of applicants, obtain customer feedback, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on temporary assignments. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual sales growth targets. We are searching for results-oriented sales leaders with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.

Job Requirements:

• Prospecting for decision makers inside large accounts
• Interfacing with Goodman recruiters in our HQ locations
• Presenting potential candidates to client base and obtaining customer feedback
• Negotiation of position structure (temp/perm) and rates
• Manage existing client relationships
• Retention of existing previously placed staffing positions
• Hunting and Farming skills
• 4-year degree

Desired Experience:

• General understanding of telephony and IT industry (preferred)
• Previously worked in an inside sales capacity ~ minimum 2 yrs experience
• Must have past Recruitment / Placement staffing experience
• Ideal candidate will have experience performing staffing placement services for the telecommunications industry
