Job Description:

Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent.  We are seeking a skilled and qualified Site Acquisition Specialist (SAS) for full time employment located out of our company headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience:
*  Experience working with local jurisdictions, knowledge of zoning regulations
*  Excellent negotiation skills
*  Able to meet critical timelines and work well in a fast paced environment
*  Should have good relations with tower operators
*  Be familiar with applications processes and lease protocol
*  Strong communication skills
*  Coordinate reviews, deadlines
*  Background in real estate or wireless site acquisition preferred 
*  Requires ability to handle large amounts of document review (desktop file review) and file updates
*  Must have experience dealing with MLA and non MLA applications/negotiations
*  Requires background working with Landlord Consents and letter notifications
