Job Description:

Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent. We are currently hiring a skilled Data Analyst for the Schaumburg, IL area.

Qualifications:   
2+ years experience as a Data Analyst. Demonstrated familiarity with business data analysis methodology, process management skills in addition to technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, teamwork and collaboration with peers and business partners, ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines while producing quality work, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as MS Access, Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.   
 
Responsibilities:    
 Responsible for assisting in the implementation, communication, and enforcement of standards across IT, working with users in the development community. Defines and documents data requirements as the foundation for database design, data extraction, analysis or cleansing. May help determine and document data mapping rules for movement of data between applications or for population of new databases.

May work with application clients to populate repositories and increase the metadata inventory. Supports Sr. Data Analyst in data selection, extraction, and cleansing for corporate applications, including data warehouse and data marts. Uses modeling and data analysis tools as well as ER and dimensional modeling techniques. May also create data flow diagrams and process models. Responsible for quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. Develops, supports, and propagates sound data quality practices.

Job Duties:
-The main focus and responsibility for this position is Data Quality Management for CSS-Guardian Report for Real Estate and Construction utilizing CSS, i11 Oracle, Cingulinc and Treev.
-Every week must pull new reports for Oracle and the weekly Scorecard.
-Each week reconcile any discrepencies on the Scorecard spreadsheet.
-Creating templates in CSS, Granite & CTS for New Repeater Sites.
-Pulling CSS & CTS reports out of Business Objects and fixing errors.
-Help with Quarterly Audit reports.
