Job Description:
Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent. We are seeking a number of skilled and qualified Site Acquisition Specialists (SAS) - (National Site Development) for full time employment located out of our company headquarters in Plano, TX. Functional Roles: * Provide back office support to all AT&T Turf markets and new business;
* Coordinate client lease file reviews, MLA site leasing, closeout uploads and other centralized/remote desktop functions;
* Complete assigned projects within budget, on time and to customer satisfaction; * Reports to Manager National Site Development
Education/Certifications:
* Combination of higher education and relevant experience in real estate acquisition, wireless industry experience preferred.
Requirements:
* Proficient computer skills, including, but not limited to, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Experience with web-based project management tools or MS Project a plus.
Other Skills/Abilities:
* Ability to execute multiple tasks, be detailed oriented, and with excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Applicable skills:
* Wireless site acquisition, wireless network deployment, real estate leasing, zoning/permitting.
