Job Description:
Goodman Networks, a professional services company serving the wireline and wireless telecommunications industry, is a National Vendor for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Andrew Corp., Sprint/Nextel, and Alcatel-Lucent. We are seeking a number of skilled and qualified Site Acquisition Manager (SAM) - (National Site Development) for full time employment located out of our company headquarters in Plano, TX. Functional Roles:
* National Site Acquisition and Zoning management for the purpose of back office support to all AT&T Turf markets and new business;
* Hire, train, supervise in-house/staff Site Acq Specialists
* Supervise client lease file reviews, MLA site leasing, closeout uploads and other centralized/remote desktop functions;
* Manage and evaluate projects to insure they are staffed and completed within budget, on time and to complete customer satisfaction;
* Reports to Director National Site Development Education/Certifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in wireless industry Experience/Minimum:
* Wireless industry management in site acquisition/zoning and project zoning/permitting required; construction management a plus. Requirements:
* Experience managing wireless site development/network deployment projects (site acquisition, zoning, permitting); Experience using web-based project management tools and systems for managing deliverables, forecasting, and resource allocation management.
* Prior managerial experience with a wireless carrier or towerco a plus. Other Skills/Abilities:
* Ability to travel.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
* Detail oriented with a keen sense of urgency.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communications.
* Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel (project tracking tools).
* MS Project experience a plus. Applicable skills:
