Job Description:

Designs, installs, and maintains the telephony enterprise network to meet the functional objectives of the business. Involved with the network infrastructure, and the planning and design of enterprise telephony solutions.

Strong knowledge of Nortel PBX, related hardware and software components, Genesys, Aspect, INOVA, OTM, Call Pilot, Meridian Mail, VHT, VTO, IP telephony, telecommunications infrastructure, network and design architecture, transport media, SONET, AT&T Route It, etc. Position requires project management skills.
