Marketing Manager. 40 hours/week. 8 am to 5 pm. Salary $81,973/year. Job duties are: Creating new client relationships, create marketing strategies and expand reach by using effective use of available resources (emails/internet/distribution lists, etc.); Make presentations, prepare agreements, get approvals and maintain continuous flow of business; visit clients on a routine basis and as and when required; lead a team of professionals located in different time zones; understand client requirements; assign tasks and provide direction to team to achieve desired results; do a quality check and keep monitoring; decide and communicate priorities to the team, keep them informed about updates/changes in the client requirements; implement them and monitor effectiveness; engage agencies; create relationships with agencies to ensure smooth functioning at all times; create distribution lists and circulate to team for faster response; attend trainings/seminars on new techniques, marketing trends; prepare training modules per organizations needs and train team members; maintain records of each deal and do performance reviews of team members on a half yearly and yearly basis; keep higher management informed about day to day targets and team positioning; maintaining high level of motivation amongst team members and help them keep the focus of their efforts on effectiveness and efficiency.
Position requires Bachelor’s degree in any field and 2 years experience in job duties OR 2 years of experience as Marketing Executive with combined experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Presentations.
Position requires candidate to supervise 11 employees.
