Job Description: Our client, based in Surrey, is a successful, personable and dynamic public practice. Having built the practice from scratch almost 30 years ago into what is today a multi-location, five Partner business it seeks to make further expansion. As such a great opportunity exists for a Manager or Senior Manager within Canadian tax to join the firm.
The role itself is centred around the provision of expert tax planning and reorganization advice to a predominantly private business client base. You will work under the expert guidance of the Tax Partner, who is one of the most respected tax professionals within BC.
New business development is highly encouraged, with there even being a very lucrative bonus paid directly from all new revenues generated.
The role offers a very clear and straightforward route to Partnership for those who seek it. Time frames and performance expectations will be structured from the outset for those who are interested in making Partnership.
Remuneration:
$100,000 - $140,000 + Overtime + Strong bonus + Benefits
Requirements:

Designated CA.

3-8 years of experience as a Manager or Senior Manager within Canadian tax in a public practice or law firm.

Excellent tax planning and reorganization skills.

Strong record of servicing the needs of a client portfolio made up of private businesses.

Experienced staff manager and motivator.

Personable, down to earth and friendly team player.
