The US Tax Manager or Senior Manager will essentially head up the US tax department, reporting only to one of the Managing Partners.  They will be responsible for performing tax planning and re-organizations for a wide and varied client base.  You should consider yourself an expert in the field.

The firm offers a very positive and energetic work environment, with lots of fun barbeques and drinks!  It owns purpose built offices which offer a bright and healthy office space.  In terms of professional quality it competes directly with the Big 4 with regards to its client base.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 5 years of focused US tax experience in a public practice or law firm.
  • Experience that would preferably include corporate reorganizations, estate and trust planning, divestiture and acquisition planning, international cross-border planning and compliance.
  • Ideally a CA or CPA designation, and a Masters of US Tax.
  • Confident and personable with strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.

 

 

Benefits:

$100,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 4 weeks vacation
