An experienced Accounts Payable Clerk is sought by our client, a Central Edmonton construction firm for a full time role as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities include:
- As an accounts payable clerk you will handle the invoice processing of the accounts payable functions.
- Code and enter invoices into accounts payable sub ledger.
- Ensure matching of supporting documentation and related filing.
- Reconcile accounts payable balances to supplier statements.
Required Skills:
- Two years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
- Completion of an accounting diploma program
- Good knowledge of basic vendor invoicing processes, including knowledge of MS office applications.
- Knowledge of construction software would be an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
