Job Description:

Have you been looking to make the jump into industry from Public Practice??  A fantastic opportunity exists with our large Downtown Vancouver client!!  As the right hand to the CFO you are bright, have top notch technical skills, a strong work ethic and looking to make your move from a large Public Practice Firm .

Responsibilities:

• Managing junior staff to produce:
• Year End Financial Statements
• Treasury
• Tax
• Bank reconciliations

Qualifications:

• CA, CGA, or CMA designation
• Must have Public Practice experience (Big 4 preferred) in Audit and Assurance (ideally still employed in Public Practice)
• Have 1 Year at the Management Level
• Looking for long term tenure and growth
• Strong Technical skills including Financial Statement preparation
• Strong Risk Management and Internal Control aptitude
• Process Improvements
