Our client has an immediate need for a Billing Clerk to join their growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Billing clerk will be responsible for:
Alphanumeric data entry of bills of lading
Entering daily overages, shortages and/or damages.
Working within deadlines
Ensuring timely and accurate billings.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
Proficient Excel and MS Office experience
Previous data entry experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and high detail of accuracy
