Job Description:

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Mail and Package Services (UPS, FedEx, etc.) – sort, meter, prepare mail.
  2. Coordinate shipping and receiving of mail.
  3. Maintain supply inventory and supply ordering.
  4. Assist in Facilities Management (resolve maintenance issues, initiate resolutions, provide feedback.)
  5. Maintain inventory system for off-site storage site (Iron Mountain).  Rotate boxes for access and future storage.
  6. Coordinate and maintain recycling process within company as well as off-site recycling and shredding companies.

Fulfill other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands):

     Two to three years of prior general office and mail room experience required.

     Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software, copier, fax machines, and postage machine.

     Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details.

     Required to lift and move boxes up to a maximum of 50 lbs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
