Job Description:

Rapidly growing commercial construction company is seeking a team player with a positive attitude for an experienced Senior Estimator.

Job Functions:

• Organizational skills to plan and oversee bid process from beginning to end
• Highly accurate in quantity take-off
• Strong in competitive bidding / Conceptual estimating
• Skilled in identifying details that make or break a project
• Skilled in negotiating, handling budgets, and working on team-approach design build projects 

Qualifications:

• Must have 10+ years estimating experience in commercial construction
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to write and present proposals
• Timberline preferred but not a must
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management
