Job Description:

The Senior (Sr.) Estimator shall prepare conceptual Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates, Semi-Detailed Estimates, and Detailed, Estimates.  The Sr. Estimator shall assist the Lead Estimator by guiding and mentoring less experienced estimators, especially on complex estimates.  Perform related responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

The Sr. Estimator shall possess expert skills in the CSA, MEP, or Environment Remediation disciplines.  The Sr. Estimator shall possess working experience in the CSA, MEP, or Environmental Remediation disciplines.

Estimating Software – The Sr. Estimator shall assist the Lead Estimator by training others in the use of Timberline when requested by the Lead Estimator.

Education and Experience – A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, and more than 10 years of estimating experience is required.  Equivalent credentials will be considered.  A Master’s Degree is a plus.
