Job Description:

Chief Estimator

• Estimating experience with water / wastewater required.
• Must have 10 years experience and  responsibilities are in  planning, managing and preparing bids for all aspects of water & wastewater projects.
• A four year construction management or engineering degree, along with civil estimating experience required.
• The incumbent must also possess good subcontractor negotiating skills.
• Must be very proficient with computer capabilities. 
• Projects are in the $10 million to $250 million range.
• Must have stable work history.
