Job Description:

The Estimator II shall perform estimating based on assignments provided by the Lead Estimator such as assisting in the preparation of Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates, Semi-Detailed Estimates, and Detailed Estimates.  The Estimator shall use assignments and working with Sr. and Lead Estimator as opportunities to advance his or her breadth and depth of estimating skills.

The Estimator shall possess basic skills in the CSA, MEP, or Environment Remediation disciplines and knowledge of construction materials and methods, mechanical, electrical systems, and structures.

Estimating Software – The Estimator shall possess a working knowledge in the use of Timberline and seek to develop expert skills.

Education and Experience – A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, and more than 5 years of estimating experience is required.  Equivalent credentials will be considered. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
