Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for an experienced estimator.  Your background should include civil contract estimating, related education, and experience with complete scope of job, including negotiations with owners, contractors, engineers and city officials.

Requires:
5+ years of experience in construction excavation estimating. 
HCSS HeavyBid, Primavera, SureTrak, MS Office.

Primarily focus - site work, mass grading, earthwork, drainage, sewer and street utilities.

Job duties will consist of preparing detailed cost estimates, take offs, job resource requirements and perform various other estimating and pricing for RFPs, PCOs, etc.

BS preferred but not required
