Job Description:

The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Team Manager in the Listed Issuer Services department and is responsible for providing recommendations on a variety of Listed Issuer Transactions.  Based out of Vancouver, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a financial and geological background to get involved on a variety of stock exchange related projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Critically analyzing various historical technical and financial documents to ensure that companies meet listing requirements
• Approving applications, proposals and other documents and recommending new solutions where necessary
• Ensuring legal compliance from a host of sources (i.e. NI 43-101, company guidelines, etc.)
• Regularly writing reports and presenting findings to an executive committee
• Offering advice to the public, listed companies and their advisors
• Presenting at various public speaking events and/or forums as necessary

Competencies and Skills:

• Strong analytical and management/leadership capabilities
• Must be familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Lotus Notes software
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment; must be able to multi-task
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; must also have strong presentation skills
