Director – Total Compensation
My client is a leader in its space and is currently recruiting for a Director of their Total Compensation Strategy.
The aim of this role is to design, deploy and manage the organizations compensation strategy throughout their global operation.
Key duties will include
Management of the companies benefits strategy maintaining an efficient cost control while also ensure maximum human capital retention
Ensuring that the company stays competitive utilising such tools as market data and trends as well as local and global legislation
Overseeing the design and management of all communication materials relating to compensation
Being the subject matter expert and the key contact for all compensation related enquiries in all locations
Collaborate with local compensation managers to provide information relating to international compensation
Support the VP of HR in their provision and presentation of the global compensation strategy to the Executive Committee
Take an active part in the M&A process in relation to due diligence, planning for integration and acquisition
Supervision of the global compensation and benefits team including staff development and compliance.
Required
At least 10 Years experience in Human Resources with very solid compensation experience
A proven track record of sucess along with the desire to keep creating and achieving
At minimum a Bachelors Degree , a Masters would be highly desirable .
